The  analysis of variances showed that the effect of all three independent variables on the dependent variables (the diameter of the inhibition zone of Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritidis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Aspergillus niger) was significant (p < /em><0.05). Optimum extraction conditions including temperature of 83.60 ºC, extraction time of 60.92 min and water to ethanol ratio of 59.09 were obtained. Regarding the diameter of the inhibition zone of microorganisms, the highest inhibition zone belonged to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Staphylococcus aureus.The optimization of extraction method resulted in extracts with the highest antimicrobial activity, especially against yeast and Gram-positive bacteria. In addition, predicting evaluation models provided an effective step in selecting extraction conditions to achieve a combination of antimicrobial properties against each microbial group.}, keywords = {Antimicrobial Compounds,Response Surface Methodology,Salvia leriifolia,Traditional Solvent Extraction}, title_fa = {بهینه‌سازی استخراج عصارۀ حاوی ترکیبات ضدمیکروبی برگ گیاه نوروزک (Salvia leriifolia) با استفاده از روش سطح پاسخ (RSM)}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش به‌منظور تعیین شرایط بهینۀ استخراج عصاره از برگ گیاه نوروزک (دمای استخراج 70، 80 و 90 درجۀ سانتی‌گراد، زمان استخراج 30، 75 و 120 دقیقه و نسبت حلال آب به اتانول (50:50، 40:60 و 30:70) جهت بررسی قدرت ضدمیکروبی عصاره (تعیین قطر هالۀ عدم رشد در روش انتشار چاهک) بر چند میکروارگانیسم شاخص مواد غذایی شامل استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، لیستریا مونوسیتوژنز، اشریشیاکلی، سالمونلا انتریتیدیس، ساکارومایسس سرویزیه و آسپرژیلوس نیجر، از روش سطح پاسخ استفاده گردید. آنالیز واریانس داده‌ها نشان داد که اثر هر سه متغیر مستقل بر متغیرهای وابسته معنی‌دار بود (0/05>p ). شرایط بهینۀ استخراج به‌منظور دستیابی به عصاره‌ای با حداکثر خاصیت ضدمیکروبی شامل دمای بهینۀ 83/60 درجۀ سانتی‌گراد، زمان استخراج 60/92 دقیقه و نسبت حلال آب به اتانول 59/09 تعیین گردید. بیشترین قطر هالۀ عدم رشد در این روش استخراج به مخمر ساکارومایسس سرویزیه و باکتری استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس تعلق داشت. علاوه‌برآنکه بهینه‌‌یابی روش استخراج سبب دستیابی به عصاره‌ای با بیشترین خاصیت ضدمیکروبی به‌ویژه علیه مخمر و باکتری‌های گرم مثبت گردید؛ پیش‌بینی مدل‌های ارزیابی، گامی مؤثر در جهت انتخاب شرایط استخراج به‌منظور دستیابی به ترکیبی با خصوصیات ضدمیکروبی علیه هریک از گروه‌های میکروبی فراهم آورد.}, keywords_fa = {استخراج متداول با حلال,ترکیبات ضدمیکروب,روش سطح پاسخ,نوروزک}, url = {https://journals.rifst.ac.ir/article_96120.html}, eprint = {https://journals.rifst.ac.ir/article_96120_955135fd177b2355c1990c212456e3dc.pdf} }
