بررسی تأثیر نانوفیبر سلولز اصلاح شده بر روی خواص کاربردی بسته‌بندی زیست تخریب پذیر پلی لاکتیک اسید

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تقویت خواص بیوپلیمر پلی لاکتیک اسید (PLA) با استفاده از نانوفیبر سلولز (CNF) و افزایش کارایی آن در بسته‌بندی مواد غذایی می‌باشد. به منظور بهبود سازگاری و قابلیت اختلاط با پلیمر، CNF با اسید اولئیک وارد واکنش شده و اصلاح گردید. در ادامه، نانوفیبر سلولز اصلاح شده (MCNF)، با استفاده از روش قالب‌ریزی (در سه غلظت 4، 8 و 12 درصد وزن بیوپلیمر) به ترکیب فیلم PLA اضافه شده و تأثیر آن بر روی خواص بازدارندگی، مکانیکی، ریخت‌شناسی و رنگ ظاهری بیوپلیمر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تصاویر میکروسکوپ  الکترونی روبشی تهیه شده از سطح فیلم‌ها، تأیید کننده‌ پراکندگی مطلوب و یکنواخت MCNF در غلظت‌های پایین (4 و 8 درصد) بوده درحالی که در غلظت 12 درصد، نانوفیبرها در داخل شبکه پلیمر تجمع یافته و تشکیل توده دادند. با افزودن MCNF، نفوذپذیری نسبت به بخار آب از g/m.h.Pa 9/05×5-10 برای فیلم خالص PLA به g/m.h.Pa 6/96×5-10 برای فیلم حاوی 8 درصد MCNF کاهش یافت. بازدارندگی نسبت به اکسیژن و عبور نور نیز با افزودن MCNF بطور قابل توجهی بهبود یافت. همچنین در غلظت 12 درصد MCNF، استحکام کششی و مدول یانگ فیلم نانوکامپوزیت به ترتیب تا 2/5 و 2 برابر مقادیر آن در فیلم PLA خالص افزایش یافت. با این وجود، افزودن MCNF باعث کاهش میزان شفافیت فیلم و افزایش اندیس زردی آن شد.
