The Journal of Research and Innovation in Food Science and Technology (jrifst) publishes original and innovative research in the field of Food Science and Technology, as well as providing ample opportunity for the researchers, experts, academia and industrialists in the field to boost their collaborations through discussing their thoughts with each other. Special emphasis is given to innovative and applied research that have potential for enhancing product quality, extend shelf life of fresh and processed food products and improve process efficiency.
